The Canmore Bow River trip involves paddling your own boat for a 2-hour (return) trip with up to 3 people/canoe. Canmore Canoe provides all the equipment, safety brief, and paddling instruction before heading down river with a qualified and experienced guide to enjoy an easy Grade 1 experience where you can fully enjoy the majestic beauty of the Canadian Rockies.
