The Women’s Soap Run

The Rocky Mountain Soap Women’s Run & Walk was originally started in 2008 with 600 participants, and has since grown to attract over 3,200 women for an active weekend getaway. A highlight of the season for many runners, this event has historically sold out within the first month of registration being opened!
Where: Canmore Nordic Centre, AB, Canada
When: Friday, May 24, Saturday, May 25 and Sunday, May 26, 2024
What: 5km Run/Walk (Friday), Mountain Half Marathon (Saturday), 10km Run/Walk (Saturday), 10km Run/Walk (Sunday), 5km Run/Walk (Sunday), 5km Stroller Jog (Sunday) and the Fast and Female Girls’ Run (Saturday and Sunday)
Who: Girls and women of all ages and fitness levels who are looking for a unique and active weekend experience
How Much: $100 for the Mountain Half Marathon, and $75 for the 5/10km events. This registration fee includes $50 in Rocky Mountain Soap products, a commemorative race item, a nutritious post-race meal and much, much more!
