Ready to take your climbing outdoors this spring?
Learn to Lead with Canmore Young Adult Network! This three-hour, professionally instructed course is perfect for climbers looking to step up from top rope to lead climbing. You’ll build key skills for outdoor climbing, including lead belaying, clipping, route strategy, and managing fall risks.
Not only will you gain confidence and technique, but you’ll also meet other climbers and make new friends to climb with! Course fees include all climbing equipment and access to the climbing wall during (and after) class times.
Requirements: Participants should be confident top rope belayers and able to climb 5.9 routes without resting.
