The beloved, award-winning singer-songwriter, producer and master storyteller, Leeroy Stagger returns to artsPlace for what is sure to be another sold-out show.
Leeroy Stagger is a Canadian roots rocker inspired as much by John Prine and Nick Drake as he is Tom Petty and Joe Strummer. For the past twenty years, he has been touring North America and Europe, making records and gaining a strong and dedicated following.
Known for his powerful live performances and compared to the likes of Jason Isbell and Steve Earle, Stagger moves effortlessly between raucous anthems and intimate ballads. Whether he’s telling stories from the back of a beat-up car or under Alberta’s wide-open skies, his music hits hard and lingers long after the final chord.
