Ever wanted to get into bouldering but didn’t know where to start? Join CYAN for Bouldering Basics, hosted at and by the Canmore Climbing Gym!
Bouldering is a fun, ropeless kind of climbing where you tackle short walls and creative routes. You don’t need any gear or experience, just curiosity and a willingness to try something new! Think of bouldering as climbing meets problem-solving. No ropes, no harness… just you, the wall, and some big crash pads below. It’s part puzzle, part workout, and completely fun!
In this beginner-friendly session, you’ll learn basic techniques and safety tips, and get a feel for how to move on the wall.
Your ticket includes gym entry and climbing shoe rental (if needed). No experience required!
