Elbow Lake is a short, easy hike that’s perfect for families, beginners, or anyone looking for a quick escape into nature. The trailhead is located off Highway 40 in Kananaskis Country, and the path gently climbs through the forest before opening up to the tranquil waters of Elbow Lake.

Once you arrive at the lake, you can continue along a loop trail that circles the shoreline, offering peaceful views and plenty of opportunities to pause and take in the alpine surroundings.
