The Spirit of Cognac: A Delamain Dinner

Join The Stirling Lounge & Grill at The Malcolm Hotel on October 7, 2026 at 6:30pm for an exceptional evening celebrating the heritage and artistry of Delamain Cognac.

Enjoy a thoughtfully curated four-course dinner created by our Executive Chef, with each course expertly paired with a distinctive Delamain Cognac. The evening will feature selections including Delamain Pale & Dry XO Cognac Grande Champagne and rare expressions from the Revelation Collection.

Making the experience even more special, Delamain’s 9th-generation owner will join in person to guide guests through each Cognac, sharing the stories, traditions and craftsmanship behind this prestigious Cognac house.

The evening begins with a cocktail hour at 6:30pm, followed by the four-course paired dinner, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Canadian Rockies.
