Paint and Meditate Workshops at Listen Studios! Open to Beginners and Experienced creatives.

Painting and Mediation classes that incorporate movement, watercolours, mediation and breath-work! Perfect for those that are new to painting and meditation, are looking to supplement other fitness routines, or simply want to make more time for their bodies and minds.

$50.00 / participant, includes art supplies and snacks.

The event takes place from 6.30 PM to 8.30 PM.
