Liam Cowan was born and raised in the Canadian Rockies. He’s a multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, and producer based in the Bow Valley. He blends a wide range of influences, from Hendrix, Neil Young, and David Bowie, to Arctic Monkeys, classic Soul/Motown, and blues greats like BB King and Buddy Guy.
Liam spent five years in the UK and Scotland, performing at festivals and open mics – from Glastonbury to intimate pubs in Glasgow – absorbing diverse musical styles and scenes. Back in Canada, he became a staple in the Bow Valley live music scene, collaborating with local artists and opening for touring acts like Moontricks, Shred Kelly, and Apollo Suns, among others.
