Built in honor of Banff National Park’s 125th anniversary, the Legacy Trail is a 22 km (13.6 mi) multi-use recreational paved pathway and parkway. Walk, bike or rollerblade amidst the breathtaking scenery of the Canadian Rockies. Rest at one of the picnic shelters and check out the informative interpretive panels along the trail. An additional 4.5 km (2.8 mi) trail outside of Banff National Park links the town of Banff with Canmore in Kananaskis Country.
