Canmore hosts the IBU Para Biathlon World Cup. Races are free to attend. As the first World Cup of the 2025/26 season, it is the first chance for athletes to qualify for the 2026 Paralympic Winter Games.

An estimated 15 nations will be competing at the best biathlon facility in the nation. There will be countless community events planned during the two weeks of Para Nordic and Biathlon competitions in Canmore this December. The action is fast. Come experience the thrilling sport of Biathlon!
