Embrace winter and enjoy a new activity outside – adventures by dogsled! Howling Dog Tours has been offering guided tours since 1995 in the Canadian Rockies near Canmore, Alberta. There is plenty of dog interaction. Learn how to harness the Alaskan and Siberian Huskies, and reward them with a biscuit and water after the run. Each sled is guided for the safety of the dogs and guests, so sit back and enjoy the ride and beautiful scenery. The tours are suitable for ages two and up, with no physical fitness requirements. Two hour and four hour tours are offered in the winter season December through April. Snack and hot beverages are included, along with transportation from Canmore or Banff.
