Kicking off the Alberta summer tour in Canmore, AB! The HIP Experience was created with a single mission: to deliver the most authentic Tragically Hip tribute in the country. Fronted by Derek Lathrop, the band features some of Toronto’s top musicians—Dave Deveaux (lead guitar/vocals), Ian B Garcia (rhythm guitar/vocals), Paul Whiteside (bass/vocals), and Dale Harrison (drums). Since their formation in 2017, they’ve been captivating audiences from coast to coast.

The HIP Experience brings the energy and essence of The Tragically Hip to the stage with passion and precision. Their performances pay close attention to the subtle details and spirit that define the band’s iconic sound.

The event takes place from 07:00 to 10:00 PM.
