Mount Engadine Lodge is excited to host its second Plant Powered Stay from April 28-29. In an effort to bring further awareness to plant-fueled living, a portion of all booking revenues will be donated to The Alice Sanctuary, a local haven for rescued farm animals.
Nestled in the mountains west of Calgary, Mount Engadine Lodge is a backcountry retreat offering guests an authentic Canadian Rocky Mountain experience. Situated one hour from Canmore within the Kananaskis Range of the Spray Valley Provincial Park, the lodge is open year-round and provides all of the charm, warmth and adventure of an intimate backcountry lodge while being easily accessible by car and offering guests wonderful amenities. Surrounded by lakes, trails of varying degrees, and a beautiful mountain backdrop, Mount Engadine Lodge has endless outdoor activities for every season, including hiking, trail running, mountain biking, canoeing and fishing.
Inside the main lodge, guests can relax in the common area next to the large stone fireplaces and wall-to-wall windows showcasing the spectacular surroundings. Due to COVID-19, common spaces are currently available by reservation only for select time slots to ensure social distancing. Guests can also enjoy breakfast, afternoon high tea (accompanied by a deluxe charcuterie spread) and gourmet dinners locally curated by the resident chef delivered directly to their rooms. Customized packed lunches are also provided for daytime outdoor adventures. All meals during this special stay will be entirely plant-based and will include locally sourced ingredients from Charcuterie Vegan Deli in Calgary.
Guests have the option to stay in suites located in the main lodge, private cabins or glamping tents. Mount Engadine welcomes the entire family and pet-friendly accommodation is available. To reserve your spot for this special event, visit www.mountengadine.com or call 587-807-0570.
