Mountain Muse: En Plein Air Landscape Painting

An adventure into the mountains to experience the open air, nature and creative inspiration.

Using sketch ink and watercolor, capture iconic Mount Yamnuska in the midst of forest, open skies and serene waters. After a leisurely walk through a natural wilderness area, Patti Dyment, an established En Plein Air artist based in Canmore, Alberta, will guide participants in creation of a rewarding landscape art piece. Expect 2.5-3 hours for walk, brief nature interpretation and instruction.
