Join ACMG Hiking Guide and RYT-200 Yoga Teacher Michelle Brazier for a mindfulness day retreat of self-care, reflection, and community in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. Move through a gentle morning yoga flow and wander through the natural expansive landscape of our National Parks. In addition to departing this wellness experience with a deeper sense of awareness and presence, you will receive a curated gift bag of some of Michelle’s favourite natural and environmentally conscious personal use products.
